Eucaman here Also looking to buy a forward fold camper . It,s like I walked into a minefield especially in the 15 to 28 k range . Any tips would be great so we can buy and get out and about . Cheers.

Looked at all the Chinese ones and they really all are about the same
Ended up buying a modcon from brisbane, $23,000
Frame is still made in China, but built here in Aus using a combination of imported and local parts, so far I have been very happy with.
I have only had it since November, but have taken it out 4-5 times including 3 weeks at Stradbroke island last Xmas
Only issue has been one of the lighter sockets failed, back came out and they replaced it as soon as I got home

Thanks for the feedback . We have looked at the Modcom campers online and spoken to them but they seem to be a fair way behind on orders so supply is slow and thats my dilemma do I wait or whats next best , we don,t want the Hyatt just something that is reliable and does,nt leak as we have been tenting for the last 40yrs and even the the crappier canvas looks better than some of the tent materials we have had over the years . Cheers
