well i finally did it,
« on: November 02, 2016, 06:40:41 PM »
i finally got off my ass and rewired my DCDC charger properly. it was previously running off wiring i installed for the old 3-way fridge when i had it, anyway, i'm pretty sure my car now has more copper then steel.

anyone else have trouble getting motivated to fix things that sort of work so they will be right for a bit longer. by the way this only took me 8 months. maybe i'll have the plug for the trailer wired in by 2018.

Ask my misses how long she's waited for me to renovate our bedroom...last thing a tradie feels like doing on weekends is renovate his own house, so yeah motivation is severely lacking on my behalf. Room still works, just don't look real flash is all...lol

I'm with you Rumpig
Started a build on our last house in 1991 extended it in 2001 renovated in 2014 and finally finished it 3 days before open house. Sold it on the 1st week of listing.
I always said that the house would get finished when we sell, I held my word to that.
Mind you I put my hand into the pocket and payed a mate to help out in the end.

This is exactly the reason we are getting a builder to do the lot.....

Right down to the carpet , tiles and finishings.
All we need to do is move furniture in....
And then the shed, the pool, the cabana, the landscaping, the fire pit, the man cave, the wood shed, the veggie patch, the driveway, the bike track, the rose garden, the fencing....

Oh well there goes the idea of not doing anything.....
LOL.....
