I know there are a lot of people up to date with technology on here, so surely I can't be alone with my problem.
I have an iPhone 6 that I updated last week. Now the internet freezes up a few times a day & I wasn't too happy with that but I can live with it. Today I tried to update my music but the computer won't recognise my phone on iTunes & wants to reset my phone back to factory settings. Why can't I change music on my phone all of a sudden?
Does anyone know a way around it?
Thanks

Bill

Had the same problem with an iPhone 5S.
I just reset my network settings and it seemed to work fine.

Thanks Bill, I tried resetting everything with no luck on the iTunes side of things. After cursing the phone & calling apple every name under the sun, my wife discovered that it was the computer & that it wasn't rebooted after windows was updated.
I'm hopeless with technology  ???

I had the same problem. Found the latest edition of iTunes and installed that on PC - computer now discovers phone and completes the update/sync

8 hours, 3 non genuine cords & 1 genuine apple cord later, I'm sitting out having a beer listening to my new playlist with all the new songs added. My skill & patience levels aren't cut out for these things... I'm having another beer to get over this ordeal
