I am gearing up to have my trailer fabricated in two months time.  I am looking for recommendations for a custom trailer fabricator for an off-road trailer.

The build will be a 7x5 box with an electrics compartment, rear door and axel/suspension specific to my specifications.

Any suggestions?

Not a custom job, but sounds close to the "crusher" trailer made by Aussie Jays

http://www.ajcampers.com.au

They do use a bit of chequer plate and a swinging door, but might be able to adapt to you specs.

I just had a trailer made by Europe trailers. Have a look at Scarps trailer which is similar to a CT.

These guys used to be at Yatala in Brissy and are now down near Melb.

They made my 7x4 box trailer quite a few years ago and it has been excellent.  Highly recommend their workmanship.

Before I bought the Heaslip I was looking to have a custom ct built. Sent an e-mail explaining what I wanted, then rang and spoke to the woman at Aussie Jays.
Short answer, not interested in building outside their standard designs.  :(

Another vote for Marshall, used them when I lived down south, and got family to drag a heap of bits up from them a few years ago.

I found the same. i wanted to buy their trailer but minus the tent. Same answer (rudely) not interested.
