Nymboida Canoe Centre

We are on our final legs of the our holiday it has been awesome. We are planning to stop over at Nymboida for a few nights next week Tuesday Wednesday and maybe Thursday. If anyone is interested and want to drop in to say hello.

Also any locals in Grafton know if the butcher is still making those awesome rissoles that where cooked at the national meet.

G'day Colin,
Even tho the water isn't flowing like it should, the Canoe Centre is still a great place to spend time at.
Would love to catch up around a fire, share a few coldies and a yarn, but being mid week it is impossible to get away.
I'll message Mark about the Butcher that made the rissoles, I'll ask him to post here with the answer.

The place you are after is called Holiday Coast Meats & Smallgoods in South Grafton. They still make the best tasting rissoles and their other meat cuts are top notch too
