SHARING PDF FILES

Hi all

I have been working alongside with Coffs Harbour council as well as others here in town and we have produced PDF Files for online viewing, called Coffs Coast Touring and 4WD routes. Can any techno's tell me how to share it on here ??
I have tried Photobucket, on my blog and I am just struggling !!!
