jayco eagle roof

having a bit of a problem lowering the roof on the jayco. its a 2012 model had it sullied with inner spring mattress so I know I don't have as much area for bed ends to fold away. our main problem is the top hitting on the door when we wind it down, been back to jayco a few times but it still hits. anyone else had this problem before I go see jayco again.

Just bend the top lip of the door in a bit.  Is the rest of the door flush with the body?

thanks swannie will get some pics this weekend putting it up on Saturday. there is a new trim they put on top of door but still has problems, there is no way one person could close van you need to push roof or door to get to close. there was never a problem until we took it to bris camperland for some warranty work when I picked it up they told me they adjusted the roof. still don't know why it was never there for roof issues, but had nothing but troubles since. sorry about the rant.
