Don't forget Gillard was never voted in by the people. Her party voted her in to start with and then she didn't win the 2 part preferred people vote. She only got in from back room deals with the independents.

Don't let the door hit you on the way out  ;D

How big is the door? Thats a big..............

Kevin should be jubilant in his victory. He's had a dirk stuck between his ribs for over three years.

Not a fan of either party, but I'm particularly not a fan of people who stab others in the back on their quest for power.

Bring on the election.

Interesting...

A range of constitutional experts have raised questions about whether the knifing of Julia Gillard could see the Government challenged on the floor of parliament, particularly after one cross-bench MP, Tony Windsor, signalled he may no longer back Labor.

Experts said the potential outcomes range from an immediate dissolution of parliament and early election, to the September poll being delayed until November.

Constitutional law expert Professor Anne Twomey said there was even a potential for Tony Abbott to be installed as Prime Minister by the Governor General if key crossbenchers don't support Kevin Rudd.

CONroy is gone, now we can pop the champagne!

Treasurer Wayne Swan, Communications Minister Stephen Conroy have already stepped down, as have Climate Change Minister Greg Combet and Agriculture Minister Joe Ludwig.
