T Van versions

I know there have been at least 2 versions of the T Van the 2nd having a bigger body.

How different are they to use?  Is the new body worth the extra money?

Which year did the new body commence?

Personally, I believe the later, larger body version is worth the extra, but it's quite a few dollars more
