yep i have recently dealt with them, i bought a high lift jack bracket for my spare wheel.

I bought my item of evilbay from them, they sent the wrong item, i recieved some sort of digital flow meter, nothing like id asked for.

Made a few phone calls, and got a guy who helped me out, sent out the right item, and i recieved it within a few days of sorting out the drama, i had to attach a consingment not to the other item and tnt picked up a few days later.

Whilst it was a PIA to start with, i got sorted out with minimal fuss.

If your looking at a digital guage/ EGT etc, i would have a look at www.auberins.com, direct from the states at half the price of Scintex.
