Do what I do, I am a diabetic, so when I cannot get to sleep, half a can of coke, and I am asleep in no time.  Not a healthy method though.

BD Once upon a time there was a little lamb that had a friend called John . John & the lamb were friends ,such good friends they went every where together . One day as john grew up he had to go to school but the lamb had to stay home alone . John missed the lamb so he worked out a plan for the lamb to go with him to school . & it did as lunch .

Anything with caffine at that time of night & I would be seeing the sunrise!!

I have been awake in the wee small hours for the past 2 night but it's been to flippin cold to get out of bed!!!
