You should be able to run those Android apps on windows now. An 'interesting' development.

That's interesting. Android and Windows running on the same tablet might be handy (or horrible). I'm just about to buy a new Android tablet, don't think I'd ever buy a windows 7 tablet even with android compatibility. Windows 8 will definitely be worth a look but release date may not be until October or later. So difficult buying tech products at the moment as they're superseded so quickly!? Will just have to bite the bullet and buy one now as there's always something twice as fast and half the size around the corner.
