G'day all,
Just thought I'd introduce myself. My friends call me Tigga and after ten years in the Navy I thought I would cash in and buy myself a ayco Eagle Outback for the 100 Series to tow and take my ;long service leave and have a look around.
Looking forward to learning more.

Well still sorting out the picture thing, but we decided to go to one of the local camp grounds near home so that we could lay out everything and see what we had and what we didn't have and I think it was successful. although a little strange. Funny that I left the TV cord at home and 20 min later I was back watching telly with a scotch fillet on the table.

G'day Tigga,

We are new to the forum too, but there's heaps of great info on here.
We have just picked up our brand new 2011 Outback Swan after having an Outback Eagle for a few years. You'll love it.
For shorter stays we just use a shade sail on the outer edge of the awning and don't worry about an annex (in fact we only ever used the annex once on the Eagle and that was so we could say we had set it up!).
We are also aiming to lower the average age of grey nomads!

The Driver is Navy too, but not a skimmer...
