Andy is doing some great work adapting his bikes for many applications.

He has five bikes hanging off the back of his 4WD and has driven all over the place.

This style of rack is getting popular with the shuttle boys, looks like an interesting concept.

The bikes hang out an awfully long way from the vehicle though. Not that a lot would meet the standards in NSW, but I reckon that would be a long way over.

Good find.....I knew knout the 150mm width

I would say most conventional 4 bike bike carrier would fail.

Hi Mate,
Love what you did, saw yours on the singleback web site.
I have just brought a singleback bike rack and I have an Expanda and I want to hang it off the back.
I have been looking a receiving hitch and then I saw your pic's and yours looks a lot stronger than what I have seen but I can see anything like yours anywhere I look.
Any chance you could let me know the brand and where you picked it up from.

thanks in advance

I had a quick measure of my 4 bike rack.  Towball to read 800mm. The last bike I turn the handle bars 90° to avoid hitting the other bikes. Gives a bit of leeway with the 1200
Fory mountain bike it is about 1000mm from the bottom of front wheel to the tip of the bars, so could be cutting it a bit fine.
