Thanks Sainta, but next time english instructions

So as the title suggest I got this very nice folding charcoal whitlshire BBQ, with German instructions. Lucky I'm an engineer so I could figure it out.  ;D
Has anyone got any tips or trick for using these type of BBQ effectively?

Like I said I work as an engineer I can spell  :angel:
(and auto correct on the phone does not seem to be able to spell either)
