First - the "watched" function is a tool for admin and mods to be able to keep track of warnings issued. It is not as simple as a PM as this is not copied to all other mods and admin and as such no history is developed.
Second - This process has been initiated due to all the rubbish we have had to put up with and moderate over the past couple of months
Third - We know who the regular offenders are and generally a pm is given explaining the issues is sent, but when you keep offending the watched function is the next level.
Fourth - the watched function is not mearly a 'badge' that appears on a profile there is other processes that are going on in the back ground.
Fifth - I was not aware that "watched" was public, but hey, if you dont want to see, abide by the rules
Sixth - the points system for 'watched' is percentage based and it reduces at a rate of 2% per day that there have been no mod reports opened. The amount of percentage credits given itially is determined by the indif=vidual mod
Seventh - If you want to threaten me or any of the other volunteers here on this free forum with legal action, trust me, your time here will be very short indeed..........be warned
