What detergent do you use in your pressure washer? Do you need special stuff?
Cheers, John.

Hello MrBitchi

As long as it doesn't have anything corrosive in it, pretty much anything will do.

I usually use Ct18 or whatever car wash I am using at the time. Just make sure you flush it through when you finish. My pressure washer has a hose that sucks the fluid in, so when I am done I just drop this in a bucket of fresh water to,rinse it through.

I also use CT18 in my pressure washer.

I did get some particualr detergent with the machine when I bought it, but that's long gone, and there's always CT18 truck was around the place.

I use this:
http://www.waxit.com.au/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=149&category_id=12&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=1

because it foams up really well. But I'm thinking of trying this stuff out :
http://www.waxit.com.au/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=623&category_id=12&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=1

because it's much cheaper and I tend to go through it quickly. The DP stuff is good though. This is using a foam lance on the pressure washer though, not just the little detergent feed hose. I've never had any luck with the feed hose, and the Karcher foam lance is cheap enough from Bunnings and does a decent job:

Cheers!

I've got some CT20 in the shed. Might give that a go.

CT18 or the CT degreaser. I tried the shell one a while back but it wasn't as good as the CT.

Mine has the spray bottle on the end of the nozzle rather than having to run the detergent through the unit, so I don't dont wash mine out after use :D
