Recovering my ride on after putting both left hand wheels into a new washout, from the recent rain.
Probably be better if I kept this area mown more often and could see what's in front. :D

Not quite that dramatic. But have The Kraken rum on hand and music playing.. Swallow the Sun are carving up the neighbours eardrums....Have to strip and paint the half of the living room I didn't t finish a few... Er.. Um... About 8 years ago..... Stripping 40yo enamel off masonite is always fun. The window frames are Silky Oak, so aiming to strip the paint, sand back and then stain for a nicer finish. Bit pissed off Porta mouldings no longer do a 31x15 bull nose moulding in a tassie oak. Now I have to match the trim I did 8 years ago in tassie oak to the new pine mouldings. Bit of thumb and squint mixing stains.

Had the same problem 18 years ago. Forgotten all of it now as never used it once we handed over to 3rd party contract.
Funny thing is that the brain has a backup server that activates when idiot offsite Indian techs can't fix sh!t. Especially when some stupid pencil pusher person plugs an ethernet patch cord from one active wall port to another and stuff goes crazy.

On my hands and knees scrubbing the mother-in-law's timber floors.   :o

Stupid dog walked in the freshly laid waterproofing in the laundry I'm building for them and trudged sticky blue stuff all over the beautiful polished timber floors....  >:(

Good idea. I'm embarrassed to say that i never thought of that.
And I was even thinking about finding my router as I need to cut out a channel in the back of the mouldings so they can sit over a cover strip.  I'm a bit slow this week...

Voting done and dusted, as I have other stuff to do next weekend....geez there’s some muppets on the list to vote for...stoners, anti vaccinationers, pirates, greenies, mad hatters, white supremacy groups, and a pile of independents to go along with the major parties.

Yep, ballot paper reads like a who's who of looney tunes parties, half of which don't have a snowballs chance in hell of winning a seat. :-[

the one concern I had reading that paper was that so many people have had a gut full of the mainstream parties, some people might vote for some of the loonies in protest instead. For some reason I have a memory in my head that if a candidate gets a certain amount of votes, they get X amount of dollars given to them,  which is the last thing I want for some of those candidates.

Got to get 4% of the primary vote before they get any funding.

what option is there if your fed up with the "big 2" ? Apart from just wiping your arse on the form and sticking it in the box??

there was a heap of Independents to vote for on the white ballot form instead of throwing votes at the loonies...sadly the only name I recognised was Hetty Jonstone (of Bravehearts Foundation), though I was struggling to read the names without my glasses...lol...the green ballot form was only 6 main parties which was a much harder one to decide on.
