On the Friday evening we will be having a Meet & Greet BBQ to welcome everyone to the National Meet.
Sausages, chops, steaks, plus a variety of salads will be provided.
On the Sunday morning we will be having a pancake breakfast. Toppings for the pancakes will include maple syrup, a couple of jams, strawberries & cream, lemon & sugar, and nutella & bananas!
All you will need to bring is a chair, plate, cutlery, and your beverages.
Costings for this will be $20 per adult and $5 per child, so $50 for a family of 4, and there will be plenty of food so no one will be going hungry - a pretty cheap dinner and breakfast!
Awesome, John :cup:
Sounds good to me :D

We can't wait!
a great idea!!
Just a comment, I have a veggie/fish/chicken (whatever you call all that) wife. Are there any other people with similar preferences. seeing I do the catering it could be good to work with other similarly minded people :D
Personally if its dead it's food >:D
I'm sure the tug will get us there ???
To Alan's wife, and others with similar preferences, I will have chicken available for you.
I will also find out what fish is good to cook on a BBQ too.
I'm happy to add to this festive occasion. I was trying to see how many "odd" people there is on the trip.
most fish works OK on a BBQ, personally I prefer cutlets from ocean fish (tuna salmon etc). The big question is what is available.
If you anglers catch some barramundi I'll be happy to cook it >:D
Alan, are you talking the Kimberley trip or the 2019 National Meet which this thread is about. No barrimundi in the Flinders
