Sorry channel Nine but you get a score of 4 out of 10, Obviously trying to cash in on the originals success .. The episode just came across as a very low budget under written, We'll just do the basics re enactment story style show ..
After seeing the ads lately for Home and away, I think the writers may have worked on that show once . FAIL .

I started watching it. Thought it would have been ok to waste a couple hours of my life on, but stopped as I just can't stand all the blocks of ads pumped in every 6 to 7 minutes.... grrr....

I've read all his books and been to his show he did with jacko and roger rogerson.
The acting was poor and the story skipped bits and pieces. Won't bother watching tonight.

I'm just glad its finally on, so I don't have to see all these effing chopper ad's that have been on for near on 5 months.

Sadly all the channels these days flog ads for new upcoming shows months before they air, you definately aren't alone in having a gutful of that happening.

NO.reckon you are stretching it with pedos there....movies like Scarface and The Krays are no different really to what they are pumping out on the telly these days, plenty of people are happy to rave about those movies. Go back to the Westerns like Butch Cassidy who was a train robber and the rest of the Western movies all based on similar crimes,, then modern day like Ronnie Biggs...the list goes on
