I think sprinklers in car parks will become mandatory very soon.

How far would your 20mil liability go in that situation? 1000 cars AND the carpark!

My thoughts too, They say at least £10million so that's getting close to $20mil, I'd be surprised if it isn't a reasonable amount more than that. One for the lawyers to argue about I guess.

You are assuming that they had been started & run long enough to warm the dripped oil , ??? ??? But no great loss over all

At least in the UK, smoking isn't allowed in car parks... one thing that amazes me with Australia, even after being here for nearly 8 years...

Yeah, 1400 cars x only $10000 each = $14 mill (& photo's showed at least 1 Jag so definitely more than that), without the building itself :o
His insurance renewal next year is going to be interesting to see >:D
One thing though. See in an update that the Landie was packed with fireworks, which is why it burnt so well ???
The nasty, suspicious part of my brain is starting to wonder if it was actually an accident ??? :police:

If it was anyone from the peaceful religion, they wouldn't have ****ed around with fireworks, they would have gone straight with explosives... They certainly seem to have easy access to them.

my brother fixes washing machines and dishwashers for a living, but I think it will still be cheaper / better value to bin this one and just buy another....i'll give him a call later on about it and see what he says, but either way that escaped smoke is gunna = $$$$

There's some good sales on ATM. Should be able to get a newie for reasonable $$ :cup:
