Title: Microsoft Accounts ?

Whose got a "Microsoft Account" and did you fill out the info with your real details or false  ?  I found the questions were bordering on an invasion of privacy and why would they "need" your address.
Only asking as I went to get wikicamps for my pc but you have to go through MS to buy it, changed my mind, didn't need it that much to give them all my details  >:(

It's so they can process your credit card payment.

No different to Apple or Google for payments in that respect (and I trust them even less than Micro$oft - especially Google), or any other online purchase.

sad reality is they all already have all our info..

even worse, there would have been so many hacks on these large companies that we don't know about that our info is probably everywhere from Nth Korea to the Kremlin..

I just put Wikicamps on my android tablet....used paypal to pay for it.....just seemed easier than giving someone my credit card details ....although paypal has them. !!

The tablet goes camping....the laptop doesn't.
