After some advise
I was installing my second fuel filter bracket to the LC76, the bracket that fits in the front of the bonnet, next to the started battery.
When I loosen the one nut at the front, the head broke of.
I core drilled the bolt and try to extract it with a easy-out drill bit.
It did not work. It is rusted to much.
I saw a clip on YouTube where the guys mixed Acetone and ATF together to loose a rusted screw.
So any advise to how to remove it and also what rust removal liquid should I apply to loosen the headless bolt.

If you can wait awhile and it doesn't effect the surrounding paint and such.. Mix brake fluid and acetone..

Anyway you can get at the back of the panel and get a bit of heat / CRC / heat and grab any protruding bolt section with Vice grips and wind the bolt out .
Failing that carefully drill out the bolt and retap the thread .

It is to hard to reach the bottom section.
Easy way will be to drill the thing out and replace the welded nut with a nylon nut.
I will have to remove the grill and the bonnet top cross member to access the nut.
This will be the neat and best option, but will give the rust liquid remover a change and see if I can easy-out it!

Heat the nut up with one of those butane soldering iron type torches. Once it cools down, you should be able to get it out with an easy out.
