What do you do to get ya mind set right?
Swaggers come from all walks of life, from all corners of this awesome country.
Some of us are lucky enough to be camped somewhere, Fire, good company, enjoying life.
A lot of us, tomorrow morning are thinking about Monday. >:D
I'm lucky I am my own boss, sure I do have to answer to my customers when I've made commitments, But I love my lot in life these days(Sure my rants in the Day rant thread would make you think otherwise ;) )
What I've enjoyed Sunday arvo's is, spending time with family/friends, getting in that happy zone, but what I really enjoy is listening to some good tunes.
This is what I kicked back too this evening while spending time with my family.

Monday is looking like it's going to be good; Tuesday is going to be as good with a bit of luck.
We ran an event for the first time at the weekend, and Monday is the first day we're back in the office together after it, with a team meeting on Tuesday.
The feedback we've had so far has been excellent; now all it needs is us to follow up the feedback and move forward with the plans for a future event.
We also had one of the businesses we work with win an award on Friday at the business awards, so that's good as well.
On the other hand, my work is flexible enough (even though I work in an office) that I don't need to be in before mid morning (this was set in place when I started!) but they know I can be in earlier if I need to be.
I pretty much work for myself - I have 10hrs per week as a solid commitment, the other 25hrs are up to me to organise (or not) - generally I work about 25hrs per week, but if it gets busier I head up to 40hrs.

Yea right Jon, I have had the last week off, "sick leave" still got about six week s/l up my sleeve, but only one weeks employment left!!!!! say la vae or however the frogs say it, retire 28th and then be like a blue arsed fly getting ready to hit the frog and toad ;D  8)

That is one problem we are still attempting to come to grips with. After 33 years of shift work covering 24/7 and for the past two years having been made medically redundant trying to keep track on what day it is is a problem at times.

Iron 15 school uniforms and 5 work stuff in front of the footy with beer, that gets me excited for Monday, I love Monday morning at9:05 as it is about as far as way as next Monday morning can be

Mondays are a breeze.....The bank and I have an understanding.... I have to pay them back the money I borrowed and they said they wouldn't repossess my house if I did... oh, along with a tad of %, a pound of flesh and some other stuff.
I OWE, I OWE, SO OFF TO MOW I GO.....
I must admit, i do always have Friday on my mind.

Is it Monday?
After just about four years out of the workforce I do sometimes have a think when I wake. What day is it again?

I've got a digital Clock with the day displayed as well as time and date.

4 mowed ($235.00) and home by midday. The fact that all the old farts waffle on here about being retired is funny.
I make money in the mornings while they're still shuffling around in their dressing gowns and slippers farting and moaning and telling everyone how good it is to be retired.
Then in the afternoon, I either play out in the yard, play with the Caddy or play with myself.
Works for me....

Sunday arvo is here again,
What a cracker of a day.
Not a cloud in the sky, temp is 24.6 just down from a top of 24.
Work is sorted for tomorrow, checked to see if I need anything from the hardware store, nah all good, the 80 is washed and cleaned.
Outside for a few ales and kick back with the tunes on.
Enjoy your Sunday arvo Guys & Girls.

I enjoy every second Monday, but those ones in between really get to me, especially seeing I love a Sunday sesh. I generally just roll in half hung & pray that we don't have a big job on
-
Mondays aren't so bad.
I do shift work so sometimes they are my fridays.
When they are my saturdays is the best. Wife at work, kids at school and daycare, me fishing.
