We have purchased a few new vehicles at work just recently but the Prados were ordered with the Toyota alloy bars.
Wondering if anyone has gone through the exercise of researching and possibly purchasing spotties that fit and give pretty good vision results? if so would love to hear outcomes and logic of the decision.
There is only about 60mm from the provided bolthole to the grill so I am thinking that decent size leds are out as my existing 190w need at least 65 - 70mm from the mounting bolts to the back of the light body. I like the leds a lot but if they don't fit they don't fit so need another option
Thanks in advance

Maybe a good quality light bar instead. Not a lot of room there for big lights by the sounds of it.
Cheers, Mike.

Thanks Mike. Some are talking about light bars but as the majority of driving is on the open road the consensus is that they don't have enough light distance in them. There are smaller lights out there was just trying to avoid installing rubbish ones first if someone had been through the exercise already.
Cheers

Can the holes be slotted......?
I have tried LED's but have gone to FYRLYT on our work cars and personal car. The glare/reflection is just too great.
I just measured a set of FYRLYT's and they need around 70 maybe a bit more.

Thanks Weeds, FYRLYT (?)
Possible that they can be slotted yes but the ideal solution is to use the existing bolt holes if possible

I see nite stalker have a slim range....... it's stalkers are fitted to our cars prior to delivery 170's maybe, not a bad light really
FYRLYT 5000 I reckon are good value for money. Cannot justify 9000's
