Hi again,
does anyone else out there have kimberley kamper and use the extended kids room?
Do you leave it on and fold up the Kamper or does it not fit in?

Got it, used it once and was too much pain in the bum. We got stuck in a bad storm and it leaked where it joins the main camper.......went bunk beds instead and never had another issue. Modified the bunks so they could be packed up 90% assembled so it was much quicker than the room

Used to use it all the time. Yes it can be folded up but it is bloody hard to get the lid closed. We only use it now on trips longer than a week.

we have one but remove it to pack the camper up, mainly because we already store the kids self inflating matresses and sleeping bags on top of the bed, so no room left for anything else.
I believe that if you don't put other stuff like we do on the bed, you can leave either the quick awning or the extra room on, but not both...but we have never left any on as i reckon it'd be a pain.

it may depend on which model you have to whether or not it will be easy to pack up the kids room attached. We bought our KK at the end of 2012 so we got the 2013 model which they had changed something to make it possible to leave the kids room on.

Our kids are sleeping in their own tent, except when we are staying for one night. Then they are in the CT on the floor.

We have the smaller kids room with no poles which apparently we could leave on the camper but we don't as we don't use it on the shorter trips and we leave the quick awning on which would make packing up quite a squeeze so we didn't bother (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170208/3285f5e97e8e15733402390d13895270.jpg)
