I see a lot of folks posting with taptalk. I have no problem using the forum just on the net. What does taptalk do that I can't do already ???

Nothing that I know of. Some people like using their phones for web browsing, but they're too small for my liking.....and when camping, and I have reception, I'll still go onto the normal website to look at stuff, even if I have to use the phone.

Easy access to read latest threads, add reply posts and even simpler upload of pics using iPhone and iPads.

Yeah heaps easier to add photos....the web forum is a pain in the back side to do that!

No foxtel; netflicks; etc.... and some of the channels on my free to air don't work - thanks to a $#@& Aldi tv tuner....
Tapatalk via a larger screen phone, (Samsung Note), helps tick away the angst and boredom from the above. ....
Also, makes getting photos posted much easier - 100%...

Mostly a Tapatalk user when I am out and about or if I want to add pics. Is an absolute nightmare to try and post pics from the Apple photo program.

Thanks for the replies. Looks like its used with smartphones. Not something I do a lot, keyboard, screen etc all too small for me ;D

I use my phone for everything bar downloading music. I still use safari for this site, but if I want to post a photo, I have to go through tapatalk

Looks like the people who have trouble posting photos are using Apple stuff.
I use a microsoft phone, an android tablet and a normal laptop......posting photos etc is dead easy !!

I'm on my last Apple, don't worry... Can't even play a music playlist without repeating the same songs over & over.

As well as the benefits others have posted, it is handy for multiple forums use. I have five forums on it and it is quick and easy to navigate through them all.
The other benefit is when you are in a low speed mobile internet coverage area, you can dumb it right down limiting the data needed to load pages.

Same here, easy access to my most used forums and as mentioned before much easier to post pics on the go without needing to save to PC first.
