Title: What's with taptalk
Post by: b1 on October 10, 2016, 06:06:14 PM: I see a lot of folks posting with taptalk. I have no problem using the forum just on the net. What does taptalk do that I can't do already ???

Nothing that I know of. Some people like using their phones for web browsing, but they're too small for my liking.....and when camping, and I have reception, I'll still go onto the normal website to look at stuff, even if I have to use the phone.

Tapatalk via a larger screen phone, (Samsung Note), helps tick away the angst and boredom from the above. ....

Also, makes getting photos posted much easier - 100%...

I use a microsoft phone, an android tablet and a normal laptop......posting photos etc is dead easy !!

The other benefit is when you are in a low speed mobile internet coverage area, you can dumb it right down limiting the data needed to load pages.

Same here, easy access to my most used forums and as mentioned before much easier to post pics on the go without needing to save to PC first.
