Next up, try a Tindaloo or a Phal. Basically the Phal was invented in Birmingham for drunk English after a night out.

Tindaloo is a vindaloo with more chillies or chilli Powder

Phal is one of the hottest forms of curry regularly available, even hotter than the vindaloo, using a large number of ground standard chilli peppers, or a hotter type of chilli such as scotch bonnet or habanero.

600g meat or poultry, chopped into 1 inch cubes
1 large onion, finely chopped
8 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 ounce fresh ginger, finely chopped
3 tablespoons ghee or 3 tablespoons oil
14 ounces canned tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon tomato puree
12 dried chilies or 12 fresh chili peppers (usually Birdseye) or 3 Ghost Chillies
teaspoon cumin, ground
1 teaspoon coriander, ground
3 teaspoons chili powder (dried, ground chiles such as cayenne)
1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves (optional)
1 teaspoon garam masala

I was going to suggest ghost chillies till I saw them in the recipe. They are some serious heat.

The closest I'll ever get to them is watching someone else fall to pieces after eating them.

Carolina reapers current hottest chilli, about 50% hotter again.  But it's the flavour that keeps you going, some chilli have a nice sweet taste with latent heat, these are some of the best as the heat hits you mid chew.

I've got ghost chilli powder that I use in my rubs. I don't think my arse would survive a reaper  ;D

That's why they call it a reaper. Once you're done on the loo, your *hole looks like he's been at it with his hooky scythe.....

Growing up in the UK hot indian curries after a few pints were the norm.
Me and a mate also used to have competitions in who could make the hottest curry! a toilet roll was placed in the fridge in preparation for the mornings proceedings  ;D
