Has anyone got any feedback on these.
http://fourbyfitouts.com.au/ (http://fourbyfitouts.com.au/)
I might be looking at this set up in the future and I'm after some real world feedback.

Any idea what it might weigh also?
Cheers

It's hard to say it was all disassembled when we picked it up.. but fawk I'd love one, but would have to smoke pole for 20 years to earn enough for one..
Its really well thought out.
The bloke there has a Patrol, so maybe take a drive and have a look at his setup.. he also has another style inside the factory on the shelf.

Cheers mate, plenty of good options on there webpage, I'm sick of moving stuff just to get to other stuff....the camper doesn't get much us at all anymore so just swag trips. after having the GU for 9 years it could be time to work something out better than a shelf and plastic tubs! but hey it works and you know I'm a no frills camper!

G'day Rich, we are on our second unit from Mark, both in prados. They are not one of the cheapest setups on the market, but in my opinion one of the best. We really like the drop down soft luggage rack.
Both units we've had are the same setup with one draw and the fridge slide on the floor to keep the fridge as low as possible.

Rich, I have the full touring unit with the double stacked drawers and they weigh 100 kgs. Heavy yes, but quality is top. Itch, plenty if the guys had a good look at them yesterday at hanging rock. And yes Mark is great to deal with.
Although I did buy second hand, he fixed a few things for me before install, even changed some carpet and let me work from his desk while he installed

For the Prado I purchased a single draw from Fourby and made my own base (already had a fridge slide and barrier). Worked out cheaper for what i wanted.
As others have said, great quality, solid, but heavy.

They're certainly very nice. Well built and well finished, with some nice features.

It is a lot of money to outlay, my draw system was around the $4k mark when new, I have got almost 7 years out of it and will keep it for a lot more yet. Start to average it out as a yearly amount and it is a better amount to swallow, depreciate it as you go and it also keeps everything neat and tidy as well as the occupants safe

yea that works well but you need 4000+ in the first place for few hunge of timber.
Thus why so many people make their own.

I agree it wasn't cheap, not that I think we paid quite $4k. Pretty sure we got it on a show special or someting.
I actually made my own for the patrol but the missus foud it too difficult to pull the drawers open and she insisted we get a better system. I would have been happy with just a double drawer system and a fridge slide on top but she loved the design for the Fourby Fitout system and haggled a good price out of them.
I certainly wasn't complaining.
Had them now for about 4 years and they are as solid as the day they were fitted. The table is a brilliant feature.
