Hi guys , long time lurker first time poster. Been researching for too long and have settled on a second hand aussie CT.
We decided on a second hand 2011 Lifestyle Extenda Elite CT with the large front "boot" and keen to find out if my Engel 80ltr combi fridge will fit ?? I did a quick search and couldn't find any threads asking this specific question .
Any help would be great
thanks Garry

I wouldn't know the answer but it would be helpful if you give the size details of your fridge, then perhaps someone with that model could check for you.
Also, you'll need to consider cooling ventilation spaces for the fridge.

I have a LS 360 with the big box on the front , and I put a 70L Evakool fridgemate in mine with room to spare.
Cheers.

We have a lifestyle walkthru with massive front boot and an engel 60L.
We havent tried putting our fridge in the front boot, it just wouldnt be practical for us. We travel with our fridge in the walkway, the 60l sits in with about 2cm to spare height wise and about 15cm width wise.
Sorry I cant be more helpful.

okay, I got a little energy up....
according to the engel website the combi 80 (75ltr) H 561
W 790
D 490
Lifestyle website doesnt give front boot dimensions, so I went out and measured mine.
Disclosure Statement My camper in not an extenda elite, it is a 2012 walkthru from the same company so may have different dimensions. We upgraded to the super duper large front boot which is the current one showing on lifetyles page for the extenda.
I could not find my measuring tape, so I used string and measured it against a builders ruler - so measurements are a guide only.
Front boot
The front boot has an integrated pole holder, which reduces the floor depth and rear height measurements. It also has an indented lip around the entire perimeter and the interior height is a little tricky to measure due to the lid adding height so I did an external measurement.
Depth 55cm (+17cm for integrated pole holder)
Width 135cm
Height 61cm (external measurement)
Backwall lip 8cm (this doesnt change usable floor area for a fridge because of the integrated pole holder)
Front lip 3cm
side lips 4cm
Walkthru space
I measured the opening from rubber lip to rubber lip, the actual dimensions inside are larger.
Width 60cm
Height 48cm

Lori, thanks for going to all that trouble . Based on your measurements it should fit. I agree with others not the ideal place to put it but is the only place for travelling apart from the back of the vehicle, this is an option also.
Thanks again to all that replied
cheers Garry

It will also fit in the walkway but access is a pain.
