Can only happen like that for those that want to live in certain places of the world where few if any Regulations permits payments and compliance and big brother nanny states, Ohhh and the final kicker Money for the man with the rubber stamp that say approved or disapproved allow them too Obviously a bit of a nut job, but good on him for wanting to make a life out of the mainstream, Could call him a modern day pioneer if you wil . :cup:
