Bainbridge – Excellent customer service
Just wants to recognise some excellent customer service I got from Bainbridge in Brisbane. http://www.baintech.com.au/ (http://www.baintech.com.au/)
I have one of there universal power panels in the back of the 4wd, its been well looked after and not a lot of usage.
Anyway it developed a fault but was out of warranty. Bainbridge asked me to bring it in to their office, so they could have a look.
They kindly offered to replace it with a new item due to the fault. They had a new unit to me in less than 24 hours.
I have no affiliation with them them but just wanted to say thanks and the excellent customer service I got from Brent and Kimbal and its things like this that means I will buy more from them.
Cheers
Robert

Well you've had better luck than me, my Vista was supplied with Baintech merit
sockets on it. I noticed around 4 months after I purchased the unit that the strap
that secures the rubber weather cap to the sockets had perished and broken. The
Vista had been sitting in the garage for the 4 months and the sockets not used.
I sent an email to Biantech and asked if they could supply new caps and received no
response from them. Contacted Vista, they did not sound surprised at all, they sent
me some spare caps and I think from memory they said you'll need some spares. I haven't
checked to see if Vista are still using them.
Only had time to fit one before the trip, on returning 6 weeks later and washing the Vista found
the replacement cap I had fitted has also perished, only six weeks away and it was not all
that sunny.
Would not recommend their merit sockets to anyone, going to try Lion or Narva this time.
Cheers
