You might get away with an axle flip to sring over the top, how do you go for clearance from the axle hub face to chassis / spring / bodywork with the new rims / tires ... Make up and weld in extended drop hangers for your springs or an even better way would be to do like Miazzora has and fit a cut out larger guard http://www.myswag.org/index.php?topic=7097.0 (http://www.myswag.org/index.php?topic=7097.0)
Remember this link , sure he went up from 10's to 14's with his drifter http://s1252.photobucket.com/user/justahobby1/library/?sort=2&page=1 (http://s1252.photobucket.com/user/justahobby1/library/?sort=2&page=1)

I vaguely remember we had 13s on the Drifter. I had to flip the axle to stop then rubbing the guards when loaded. The guards had already been replaced when we bought it but the problem as to why the original ones wore out wasn't addressed
