Environment Minister Rob Stokes said Labor had sold the gorge as part of a 700-hectare lease for just $2084 to coal interests now owned by China's Yancoal. >:(
"the Baird government, if re-elected, will offer a $15 discount on multi-park and all-park passes if they are bought when people renew their motor vehicle registration" :D
Labor, though, said it had increased the national parks system by about 3.07 million hectares during its 16 years in office. :D

this is one nice place well worth a look (before it gets undermine undermine) some camping but not what you'd call a camp ground, more and overnight stop over. There are a few other interesting things around the area like hands on the rock, aboriginal rock painting.
