That crazy, after a thing on tv the other night saying Aussie has some of the biggest sinkhole just waiting to open up
Nothing new about this. It has been happening for at least 20 yrs. They are normally called potholes.

I was on the road between Woodenbong and Stanthorpe the other day, worst sealed road I have been on for a while and there was a sign in front of a house advertising "used potholes" maybe they had sent one via post and it fell off the back of the truck.

Must just be that area mate. The rd between woodenbong, urbanville all the way to bonalbo is an absolute shocker

Maybe it is one of the Speewa 158 - PDFP - pre dug fire pits that fell out of a Myswag camp trailer

pmsl........
I heard someone called this hole Cabulture
got one on the entrance of my driveway - :-[
Apparently it's undercutting from excessive water from cyclone Ita.
It's above some culverts on Kangaroo creek, that's why it's been repaired so quickly.
If it was a traditional sink hole it would take weeks to fill and compact.
Regards
Angus.
