As the title.
I need some square nuts 20 mm wide by max 6mm high to fit in the t-slot for my genuine Toyota rack.
After looking at Bunnings and Masters, I stll don't have them.
Where can I find these?

Try someone that specialises in fasteners. Bunnings and masters are crap for anything that isn't run of the mill.

20 x 6mm aluminium flat bar (or steel if you think it needs to be), a suitable tap and make your own

as Olly has said above, both those places are rubbish for anything other then common run of the mill high turn over stuff. find a local nut & bolt supply shop, just goggle bolt supplies or even Fastener shops in Perth or somewhere closer around your area, they'll be able to help better.

In mine I put the hex head in the slot with the thread protruding up for the nut to go on.
I am pretty sure my mate was able to use uni strut nuts in his 120. The are flat rectangular about 15x20mm with 6 mm thread

I use an 8 or 10mm square nut under a 20mm washer to put my quick fists on the roof rack when I need it up there.

There is a Roof rack shop on Albany highway after Nicolson rd that sells all sorts of fastners. Got mine from them. And very cheap.

there are a few fastener places in wangara malaga welshpool osborne park

I'm pretty sure they take uni strut nuts. Go into an electrical wholesaler and you'll get a box of them.

If they're the HD type which are Rhino copies, then I can confirm the unistrut nuts do fit as I've got them on my cruiser with "genunine" HD roof bars.
If you have the aero type bars, that look more like a wing style section then you should be able to get rola type nuts to fit from any roofrack/4wd shop that sells them.
As per T-bolts or Eyelets from http://www.rola.com.au/trade-accessories.aspx (http://www.rola.com.au/trade-accessories.aspx)

They are the vortex type, wing like areo dynamic shape bars.
Will have a look in Wangara as that the is closest.

I buy all of my fasteners from Newcastle Hi Tensile. You order over the phone and they deliver in a day or two. Here are their square nuts.

Got it mounted.
After checking with Coventrys and another store which didn't have it, I did it the "old fashion" way.
As the bolts that I had where to thick, I viled off a bit till it ran smoothly in the track, up-side-down with a bigger washer.
After done all 4, I fitted them, drilled a new hole in the aluminium awning holder and done.
Will take a picture soon.

I got a packet of Rhinorack fasteners, which included t nuts, and the square type you are looking for, as well as different sized bolts screws etc for about $20 at Autobahn. I had looked everywhere. Due to the fact that I got what I wanted, I didn't keep searching...meaning it was the last place I looked!!!

Here you go.
