Saw this at the Caravan and Camping show today and I can honestly say I was impressed.
Being sold by AVAN in Windsor Gardens Adelaide.

What'd you think?

Base was around the $15k
The one shown which has front storage box, slide out kitchen and a few other bits was a tad under $20k.

Do you think they are an "off road" trailer?

also the tent section doesn't look like it is made of canvas by the pictures more like the synthetic tent material.

great concept though..

I've seen a few caravans similar to this (but with a hardtop in the middle), always thought they could make something similar with a decent trailer underneath it, actually surprised it didn't already exist.

Looks like the storage space would be limited since the box of the trailer is the floor space.  That or you'd be doing a lot of box shifting if you used it.

No wet floor problems when packing up like my current soft floor though.
