Title: Help With Winch Solenoid

Any Swager's out there no where i can this type of Winch Solenoid from in Aus has to be 5 pole as per pic
 
Can get them from the states or uk
My winch is a Ramsey

If it was me, I'd get rid of the solenoid pack totally and replace it with an Albright contactor, more reliable and better duty cycle.

Yep I'd second that or even a Thompson solenoid which are common and easy to get

TG Thompson, as suggested above is a good economical option with a good reputation.

I bought one from Roadrunneroffroad4x4 on eBay a few months ago and have not had any issues.

My vote is for one of these as well with extended cables into the engine bay up high

Thanks for the offer Danny  but goin to take a differant path , 
took the winch out today & Had a good look found a crack in the casing & a couple of other prob's  think well past her useby date  she's taken a hammering thur the years
So it will be a new winch for the old 80
thanks for the help guy's
