I would like to introduce myself
My name is Allan and i live near Kingaroy in SE Qld
I have just acquired a 2004 Jayco Penguin Outback now you probably have my age pegged
I am towing it with a GU Patrol wagon
I am interested in camping in out of the way locations and campfire cooking

I have the 3 ltr diesel
Was a bit unsure when i bought it but towed a 22 ft van no problems and had a boat on the roof of the patrol also

Cool Allan, My mates 3.0 lt tows a big heavy boat really well too. I was secretly hoping you would say the 4.2D. I love the sound of them when they have a good exhaust bolted on; they just sound so tuff. Got any pics of the Patrol? There are a lot Patrol fans on this forum.
