A week ago we had a fault with the battery charger in the camping trailer. With 10 days warranty left on the charger and 2 weeks out from heading off on a trip we whizzed it down to Aussie Swag saying we needed it back in a week. James and Scott from Aussie Swag were fantastic, they had courier it to Bainbridge with a note and a follow up phone call saying it was urgent. James also said if the charger wasn't back they would lend us a charger for the trip. :D
We were all happily surprised when Bainbridge sent up a new replacement battery charger all within 5 days ;D ;D ;D ;D
So a big Kudos to James and Scott from Aussie Swag and to Bainbridge for being so quick, thanks. :cup:

Great to hear that customer service is still alive and well. Nice also to hear people's positive experiences too. Thanks for sharing letsgo. Hopefully your post will result in some extra business for Aussie Swag.

That's good service. It reminded me of a year or two back when I bought a top name 25amp 7 stage charger for several applications on the property from Car Bitz at Coolum. After two uses the charger died. One phone call later, got a friend to drop the old one back & got a replacement. Hard to find this service these days, hey?

Certainly is hard to find good service these days, this is why I wanted to give credit to Aussie Swag for the service they do give their customers. It's this kind of service that gets repeat business and word of mouth recommendations :)
