Terrain Tamer FMS is a good one that uses fuel managder filters that can be found in any major city.  It has water separator and you can add on the aural warning as an extra.

Repco sell the same filter and have seen it advertised by a diesel place.  I have been considering it as should be able to easily get replacement filters.

Racor or Caterpillar. Try ebay, I got my Racor filter from the  states. You need a filter that is the same or larger in micro if the filter is going to be placed before the OEM filter. For example your OEM filter is 10 micron, your aftermarket filter which you will install as an addition should be 10 - 30 micron.

I would have thought nissan would have that as standard fare.
If so why would you want to duplicate it?
If not Gold Coast Diesel make a very good water trap.

I have run an FM 100 on my V8 diesel for about 100,000 km now. All good.

These common rails don't like water or dirty fuel.
