Hi Everyone, Well after many years camping in tents we decided to get a camper trailer. 12 months of looking around and going to shows and frankly I was over it, too many different options and we didnt want to spend 20 or 30K in case we didnt like it, as I was concerned it may not feel like camping still.
We came across Jawa Offroad Camper Trailers at the Nambour Camping Show and were really impressed with their prices and more importantly the trailers. Its an import however from what we have looked at over the last 12 months I couldnt find a fault, no sharp edges or dodgy welding, it looked and felt as it should.
We decided on the Offshore 1 and We finally picked it up this week and now justy need some time to get it set up on the weekend, work out what needs to be done and then get it out for its first trip up the coast somewhere. See link below for website and Ill put some pics up on the weekend if weather permits.

This site has been a wealth of knowledge and I have really enjoyed reading through the many posts and look forward to contributing as much as possible. SO Thanks everyone.

Dale Welcome to MySwag .
Now you have a CT to call your own , dont forget to take a pen & pad to make a list of stuff you forgot to pack as you learn the Gig . Then keep the pad to make a list of the stuff you have to fling as its crap /less than useful at this time .

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome.
Anyone get into the Brisbane Camping show yet? Hopefully i'll head in tomorrow with my list of bits and pieces and come home with a few bargains, then again a bargain to me is usually a bit more than my wife is willing to take. Shouldnt complain though I did get the camper!!!

I was hoping to set the CT up over the weekend and take some pics however the weather just didnt want to play the game. Have planned out most of the mods I intend to do now just need some time to do it all.
Maiden trip should be next month up to Sandy Creek for a weekend, cant wait.
