Hi all,
Credit where credit is due - Trackabout's after-sales service is second-to-none.
Being the special person I am, I managed to damage the gas hose for the stove in our camper. I've been putting off fixing it for weeks due to the potential hassle involved. Dropped an email to Dave @ Trackabout HQ yesterday enquiring about my options, and for less than it would cost me to get the existing hose tested I have a brand new replacement on it's way.
Very impressed with the crew - Dave and Kym couldn't be more helpful. The Trackabout brand is in safe hands.
We're keen to jump on manufacturers here when their service is sub-par, so I like to ensure that we likewise recognise good service.

I think a Trackabout will be my next CT!!
I'm liking the look of the Dakar!!
And after your post Matto, service sounds like other CT companies should take a leaf out of the Trackabout book!!

I think it has to do with the fact that track about love what they do, as such are happy people producing great products.
Which in turn leads to happy to help with customer servic, which then leads to happy customers.
Then the circle begins again in a happy cycle.

But seriously, the the whole Tracky package, from build to buy to after sales service is tops!! :cup:

Yep the service is great. Recently had them make the screens for our awning and service the camper, they fixed a couple of maintenance issues and even replaced the wheel cover without charge. Glad I bought a trackabout!

X3 to trackabout funny thing is I do like them I don't have one but if I had spare cash I would think about one I see a few go pass my house.
