G'day all.
I'm Darren, I live in North East VIC and have owned a Tambo Omeo since Feb 2012. I've enjoyed having a look around the place here and can see that I'll pick up some great ideas.
I'm am heading up to the high country on Thursday for a week or so with my family, and can't wait to leave town life behind for a bit 8).

Thanks for the welcome all. Not sure where we are headed as yet, we will probably decide over a beer tomorrow night while looking at some maps. Hopefully my new tyres arrive in time....

Welcome to the Forum Darren, a great choice of camper and also destination. We spend a fair amount of time up in the high country and its one of the families favourite destinations. Hope you have a good time and show us some happy snaps when you get back

Unfortunately I'm back at work after a nice week away ;D
We ended up camping near the King Hut on the Upper King River. There was lots of relaxing involved, a couple of day trips, surprisingly only a couple of hours fly fishing, but always a couple of cold Fat Yaks by the fire at night. The week went very quickly!
