Thoughts???? I am not committed but we are having trouble finding a suitable hard floor:

that is nice looking and it would last thats for sure but it would be heavy being stainless.

couple of hard floor aussie swags on the sites for about that budget.

Only one problem i see is unless you have the knowhow and equipment it would be hard to repair or modify yourself .
