We''ll be looking for a bargain on the few things we need.
I've checked on the net what things are priced at around the place, so that way i know if i'm getting a bargain on the stuff we still want.

Certainly good to check prices before you go, I always do as just because it is show doesn't mean 'show prices'

We were in Toowoomba last month and went to the show there, so I think we will have to give this one a miss. If it is like the Toowoomba one there were heaps of caravans and camper trailers and it was a great chance to compare. There were quite a few that appeared to be targeting the off road caravan market, but on closer inspection I am not sure how they would last.
Also lots of stalls selling all kinds of camping gear as well as electrical and solar stalls. (Although I was put off at one stall by the attitude of a female sales person when I asked a simple question about a 12 volt shower. I was nearly going to complain to someone in charge, but knew that would be a waste of time, so I just walked off determined not to buy from that shop.)
My brother in law is coming from Mundubbera to check out the caravans, so I will be roasting a nice leg of lamb in the Weber tonight!
Have fun at the show, should be fantastic weather.

Might go back tomorrow for some led lights, there is a company called jdsomething? and they have all the bits you could ever need for led lighting for the camper.looks like a good setup! :cup:

We bought an Aquacube hot water thingy for $250, which i felt was pretty good.
I spent $395.00 all up, but a couple of things, they didn't have, so could've spent more.
