Title: kipor Generator
Post by: bert56 on May 09, 2012, 09:53:44 PM
Today i test my new generator that I bought from bunnings and I couldn't be happier. $400 for a 700 watt kipor that ran both my fridges or freezers as well as my 8 amp battery charger. It is only suppose to use 1.5 litres /3hours of moderate use. It was fairly quiet, at 25 metres, I had trouble hearing it.

My problem now is where to fit not only the generator in the car but where to put the fuel, oil etc for it.

I've got a 20 litre jerry for it, hopefully that will do if I fill it at Archer river.

Hi Bert,

You can put it in the back of the truck, I have lots of room.

regards, Chris.
