Title: Swaggers that crave Adventure
Post by: speewa158 on April 27, 2012, 07:59:33 PM
With less than 100 days to go before the Olympics there will be proposed New events for the future . As Swaggers are people of Adventure l propose a new event for future .
Relay Drinking , Eating , Sleeping & Campfire Watching
This can be a mixed team event that are prepaired to sit around a campfire with food ( whatever you require ) served at your chair fireside . Grog of your choice again served to you fireside as required . Sleeping as required by yourself . Campfire Watching  Bush TV
Any Swaggers that wish to apply must have at least 1 weekend of training having been well Watered , Fed , Slept & able to watch a campfire  to they get tired & nod off  Then wake up & are prepaired to do it again

Wont work I am sorry as there are too many professionals in those fields to be allowed in those events.

We even have professional drinkers with years of  hard training coming on the Cape trip  ;D

Okay, I am in for the eating, although at 130 kg+ I may have a slight advantage, and for the sleeping, which is my second favourite activity.  Could you include a variety in the eating, ie, best curry, best stir fry, best chilli dish, best roast, you get the picture.

Crusindub , sorry mate but with such a short time to the event we need stayers not trainers . Nodout with a few good weekends you cant remember you could be considered
xcvator get out in the CT & have a go . That's the spirit
Lost go hide under the CT with a big pile of grog as l will be
Tjupurla the food is as you require as is the grog
Any sponsors for the highly skilled team can send me a pallet load of grog as a show of good faith to get the show on the road . Or keep us off the road as the case may be

As soon as I sober up I'm in. When are the trials? Are there seperate events for sprinting or is it a distance event? I can stare at a fire for days.

(Young ) Graham your endive's have been noted  ,    but , your lack of consinsity in this field of endiver  may preclude you from selection . Could l suggest you take up  training with Out backjack & get back to me
