Just what this hard working guy needs. Three trailers stolen over the weekend from the factory. He has his work cut out for him to catch up on orders now >:(
-
Absolute low lifes.... Why do people think they have the right to just take someones hard earned work. Its bad enough that they have to compete with all the imports and now this...

Absolute f****n scumbags. Jay and Rebekah are a great couple who work bloody hard to make a quality trailer. They do not deserve Shit like that to happen to them. That just makes my blood boil. I'll keep me eyes peeled......
-
I know another place that had 3-4 new trailers flogged over xmas... the cops really gave the owners shiz too over it.
-
Not good. I agree with the above, a hard working couple will be hit hard by this. Hope they had insurance.
-
Yeah, really sh!thouse news for a hard-working couple! It's just a real pain in the arse for them more than anything - sets them back at least a couple of weeks, if not more. I wonder if they might have stolen one of the hire trailers?
If that's not bad enough, what about the poor people expecting to pick up their new trailer just in time for the Easter holidays?
Well, it looks like mine won't be ready for collection by mid-May, but then I'm not really in a hurry to get it for any reason other than to have a play around and do some mods of course.
Hope they catch the pricks!

Hopefully Jason and Rebekah will bounce back from this. I know how hard Jason has been building up the buisiness over the last year and is just starting to get a name for himself. By rights his trailers should be easily recognisable even in another colour......so keep your eyes peeled.

It's enough to make you sick to your stomach. Poor buggers. Lets hope they catch the a..holes quickly.

I hope the suits in Victoria's finest do something about it and catch the p#%^*ks. The courts will give them a fine. :police:

if your lucky... whats the lastest cherub, a 'community based order', what ever that is when its wet.

The ole CBO, what a crock of s%^t. They all came from a broken family. Yep they sure did, they broke it.

Agree with Pickle - fellow Aussie Jay owners keep a look out for trailers with very 'similar' construction. Have a chat to the owner and try and find out where it came from...
Would love to see these low lifes get caught!

I may have been lucky as I picked up a 2nd hand camper that Jason had there on Saturday so at least they should have the cash for that one. I'm sure it would have been stolen if I hadn't been able to pick it up then. A new trailer looked like it was leaving shortly after me so I hope that one got away as well.
Sad to hear.

Nice bloke and honest as the day is long.....Had I not have found the Trackabout when I did his was the trailer of choice.
Hopefully they get through it and bounce back twice as hard.....always difficult when it is family run though...

They left on message on their Facebook page letting everyone know that they are taking 2 weeks off and closing over that period (until the 14th April from memory) as Jason wasn’t feeling well and was treated in hospital for exhaustion. Apparently he has been working over 90 hours per week, 7 days a week for 12 months, so something had to give eventually….
Looks like we will have to wait a little longer for our new trailer to arrive, however this is no real concern to us and just hoping that his health will recover OK.
Get well soon Jason and enjoy your break whilst you can!!

Cant believe it!!! Cant believe these people would pull up next to you at a campsite!
What is this world comming too.

Nothing new really, its been happening for thousands of years.

Just a guess here but I think those trailers might have been forklifted off the premises. Probably in a factory a block away or closer. Someone must have been keeping an eye on the premises to know when to hit!. No wonder Jason folded, trying to get the trailers out, stress of losing three of them and still hadn't recovered from two bike accidents. No man is bulletproof.
Also good of the guys who are waiting for theirs to be finished to be so understanding of what he has been through. I'm sure it will be worth the wait.

Not good. There is no doubt he put out a great product. Hopefully Jason is well soon. But I guess another example of how hard it is to make a dollar in this game.
-
I just posted a comment regarding this on jimquim's thread and just saw this while browsing. I popped into Aussie Jays last Monday 2nd April with a Cuda alarm I was hoping Jason could add, but they weren't open and wondered why. I then checked their website and saw the closed until April 14th notice, then saw their facebook page yesterday. They are now reopening on the 10th. What a bastard act though!! 3 completed campers gone like that. Hope the pricks get caught. My CT was due on the 14th but willing to wait a bit longer. I've sent a couple of e-mails to Jason and Rebekah but I guess they're taking a complete break, even reading e-mails at this time would be stressful enough.
Hope to catch up with you all soon with my quality made Big Red.
Simon.

Heya Simon,
I'm glad you decided on the Big Red. Shame you're going to have to wait a bit longer for it though. I know Jason is a perfectionist and wasn't keen on having someone else do the work for him...you'll have a quality trailer soon enough ;)
Lil :)
