Title: Homemade march fly/sandfly fly/ other bities repellant

I found somewhere on the net a mixture for home made anti bitie
mixture,   now I cannot find it.   Can any one tell me what and how
to use of the ingredients.   From memory which is poor it has I think
citronella, meths and baby oil, I'd luv some help
